As a mutual fund distributor, we are compensated by Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the services we provide. Our compensation is in the form of a trailing commission, which is a percentage of the assets we manage for our clients. This commission is paid to us by the AMC and is part of the fund's expense ratio—it does not directly come out of your investment amount.
We believe in complete transparency and want you to understand our fee structure. Our compensation is designed to align with your long-term success, as we only continue to earn a commission as long as you remain invested in the fund. We do not receive any upfront commissions.
This table provides a general range of trailing commissions you can expect for various fund categories. These rates are a percentage of the Assets Under Management (AUM) and are paid annually.
The value of your investment can go up or down. Mutual funds are not guaranteed to provide any specific returns. The past performance of a fund doesn't guarantee future results.
We recommend that you read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. You should also check for any fees, such as "exit loads" and the "expense ratio (TER)," which are costs associated with the fund.
We only offer Regular Plans for mutual funds, as we are paid a trailing commission by the fund company for our services. This commission is part of the fund’s expense ratio, not an extra fee from your pocket. We will always disclose the commission we earn on your specific investments.
You also have the option to invest in a Direct Plan. These plans have a lower expense ratio because they do not involve a distributor's commission. We do not facilitate investments in Direct Plans.
We are here to help you understand your options and the risks involved, so you can make informed decisions.
